T.R. Banks
T.R. was born in Clinton, OK and raised on a farm and ranch in Southwest Oklahoma.
He graduated high school in Walters, OK in 1991 and earned his Bachelor’s degree from OSU in 1995. He started helping injured people in 1997 as an Oklahoma law clerk. He continued on to get his law degree from OCU in 1999, and was admitted into practice in Oklahoma in 2000. He was later admitted to Western, Eastern, and Northern districts of Oklahoma Federal Court and has been a member of lawyers for working Oklahoman’s since its inception. He is also a member of the Oklahoma bar association and Oklahoma county bar association.
Several years ago T.R. was involved in a horrific car accident. He was not at fault in the accident and is lucky to be alive. While he was already deeply motivated to helping injured workers and their families before the accident; it has provided him a unique perspective. He was on the job when the unfortunate accident occurred and therefore, has literally been in your shoes.
